Services, Terms & Conditions:

. Contact our office for projects and home staging services. 

. To purchase products please send a message to info@milescasa, with the delivery address, reference number(s) of the product(s) you want to purchase, and quantity of the product(s). We will send you a confirmation email with all details for the payment. As soon as the payment has been received, your order is confirmed.

. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the goods within a period of 1 to 15 days. But please note that goods can be delivered within a period of 30 days.

. Goods can be shipped to following European countries (*see full list below). Unless by exception, specified otherwise.

Delivery costs: see detailed information per product (inclusive or exclusive). If the delivery costs are charged separately, they are calculated according to the place of delivery, the weight and the total volume of the ordered articles.

. If there is a problem with your delivery, please send us an email. We will do everything to help you quickly.

Return policy:

. Goods can only be returned in their original condition and unopened packaging. We have to be notified in advance by email. All returns must be authorized within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Please send an email to [email protected] for an authorization code, before you send back goods. After approval the goods must be returned within 10 to 15 days.

. If goods are to be returned. Please note that in most of the cases the selling price will be exchanged for in-store credit (selling price, excluding taxes and delivery costs, if charged). Returned goods cannot be sent back for free, the customer is in charge of the shipping/delivery costs.

. If your shipment has been damaged during transport, send us an email including photographs of the damaged goods and packaging. Sign the carrier’s document with ‘Damage acknowledged’ or ‘Damaged’.

. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason. For instance in case of misbehavior or abuse. 

. Please note that items on sale or with a reduced price are automatically non-refundable.
