With the small, picturesque village of “Altea la Vella” as a backdrop, you can discover “il Giardino Nova Bussola”, a true Italian restaurant. On the menu you can find among classical dishes, one of the restaurant’s specialties “Spaghetti al Parmigiano”. The hot spaghetti is twisted in loose scraped Parmesan cheese, in a big, round hollowed-out cheese and immediatly served at the table. A simple dish, that brings out the intense flavor of the cheese to its fullest.
